Venues & Accommodations
- Amphitheatre - An open-air venue used for entertainment, musical performances, and sporting events.
- Arena - An enclosed platform, circular or oval-shaped, designed to showcase musical performances, or sporting events.
- Festival Ground - A space set aside for a music festival, an event featuring multiple acts and drawing large crowds.
- Golf Course - Land laid out for golf with 18 holes each including: tee, fairway, putting green and one or more hazards.
- Music Hall - An auditorium for concerts and musical performances. Typical music halls will have no or few seats for patrons.
- Nightclub - An establishment for night-time entertainment, often serving drinks, offering live music and/or dancing.
- Park - An area of land open to the public for recreational use. Live music performances are common.
- Stadium - A sports arena, usually oval or horseshoe-shaped, with tiers of seats for spectators.
- Theatre - A building or outdoor area in which plays and other dramatic performances are given.
- Hotel - Hotels provide guests a room and access to additional hotel amenities and services, including food, housekeeping, concierge, Wi-Fi, and more. Many hotels will have their own restaurant or bar, and some will also have meeting rooms, sports and leisure facilities.
- Motel - Motel stands for ‘motor hotel‘. Aimed at motorists, motels are typically situated near major roads and routes. Rooms are usually accessible directly from the parking lot for convenience.
- Resort - Resorts, similar in concept to hotels, are designed to function as self-contained developments that can be described as holiday destinations. In a resort, guests can expect entertainment, leisure facilities, shops, and often multiple restaurants.
- Bed & Breakfast - B&Bs, are accommodations offering overnight stays and breakfast in the morning. These properties are usually much smaller than hotels and are often private homes, or converted pubs or inns, where the hosts will also live. B&Bs usually have fewer than 10 rooms.
- Extended Stay - Property that provides long-term accommodations with discounted rates that are typically supplied in weekly or monthly increments.
